It’s a well known fact that people like to make improvements to their house. There’s something about change that gives new energy to your life.
It is human nature to want your surroundings more pleasing. People also like to invest in their home. Why? Well it’s your home, #1, but it also helps maintains and/or increases their homes value. WIN WIN! If there is a chance you may not be in your home in ten years then you should do both.
When you decide to make improvements to your home you need to consider what will help sell your house when it goes on the market. You should also enjoy the improvements while you live there, so why wait to make changes for someone else? There are many things you can do to that increase your home’s value while making it a nicer place to live.
Let me explain. In a series of blog posts I will outline a few of them as they pertain to painting and carpentry (that happens to be my specialty). I am going give you some tips on what to do and then show you how to do them. I know what you are thinking. Your thinking “I bet there is some kind of catch. He is not doing this because he’s just a nice guy. There must be an angle”. Yes, there is a catch and yes I am a nice guy.
Stay Tuned. If you don’t want to wait, you can get a few ideas here.
