Michael Ohm
Michael Ohm is our Senior Residential Designer, with more than eight years spent creating spaces that are as functional as they are beautiful. He has a gift for translating a client's vision into a cohesive, personalized design — carefully curating cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, hardware, and finishes that reflect each homeowner's lifestyle and taste.
Before a single material is ordered, Michael brings concepts to life through detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings. Clients consistently point to his ability to listen closely, ask the right questions, and surface creative solutions they hadn't yet considered — the reason his designs so often exceed expectations.
The word clients use most is transformative: decades-old spaces reimagined as modern, functional showpieces that feel both fresh and timeless.

Essential | 8 Design Hours
Best for homeowners who know what they want and need a skilled partner to guide them through selections efficiently.
- Up to 4 client meetings (virtual or in-home)
- All vendor showroom visits in person — countertops, tile, plumbing, paint, and hardware
- Full design documentation, spec sheets, and project portal uploads
- Up to 2 rounds of selection revisions
Signature | 16 Design Hours
Everything in Essential, plus a more curated, hands-on experience with greater creative direction throughout.
- Custom digital mood boards for each primary space
- Lighting selection support — fixtures, placement, and showroom coordination
- One additional in-home design meeting for reviewing layouts and finalizing on-site
- All Essential meetings, vendor visits, and documentation included
Premier | 28 Design Hours
Our most comprehensive offering — a full design partnership from selections through installation.
- Everything in Essential and Signature
- 3 additional client meetings for in-depth reviews and check-ins
- Project check-ins during construction to verify finishes are installed as specified
- Furniture and space planning with scaled layouts
- Styling and accessory support, plus textile and soft-goods sourcing
- Discounted overage rate of $150/hr
Hourly Design | 2-hour Minimum
Not every project fits a package. Hourly Design gives you direct access to our design expertise on an as-needed basis — pay only for the time you use, billed every two weeks. Ideal for targeted decisions, smaller scopes, or supplementing a project already underway. No deposit required to start.
