Why this Role is Different
Most design roles either bury you in CAD documentation or push you through back-to-back client meetings with no room to do real design work. This role is different.
At Hubley Painting & Remodeling, you'll lead the full design process — from first layout sketch to final finish selection — with in-house CAD support, a collaborative build team, and clients who are genuinely invested in the outcome. No sourcing your own leads. No managing construction. Just high-quality residential design work, done the right way.

- Health insurance
- Paid time off
- Leadership role in a growing design-build firm
